The Darcy Lynn Dengel Foundation, Inc. was formed in October of 2008.  The sole purpose of the foundation is to act exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  More particularly, the foundation wishes to establish and oversee a nursing scholarship program for students graduating from Montana high schools, including but not limited to those students graduating from a secondary high school in Browning, Great Falls, Sidney, and/or Manhattan to enable recipients to pursue a higher education in nursing.  The foundation would also like to establish a bereavement program and summer camp known as “Darcy’s Place” for children in Central Montana who are grieving a death in their lives.
